無線測溫產(chǎn)品在菲律賓某工廠配電項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用

摘要：配電系統(tǒng)是由多種配電設(shè)備和配電設(shè)施所組成的變換電壓和直接向終端用戶分配電能的一個(gè)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。由于配電系統(tǒng)作為電力系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)直接面向終端用戶，它的完善與否直接關(guān)系著廣大用戶的用電可靠性和用電質(zhì)量，因而在電力系統(tǒng)中具有重要的地位。因此，為避免因溫度高，導(dǎo)致設(shè)備老化，設(shè)備燒壞，供電中斷，一次設(shè)備起火爆炸等嚴(yán)重事故，對各電氣節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行長期的溫度監(jiān)測能避免因嚴(yán)重故障，造成用戶的人身傷害及經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

Abstract: The power distribution system is a power network system that is composed of a variety of power distribution equipment and power distribution facilities to transform voltage and directly distribute electrical energy to end users. As a part of the power system, the power distribution system directly faces end users, and its perfection directly affects the reliability and quality of power consumption of the majority of users, so it has an important position in the power system. 1.項(xiàng)目概述 Project Overview

本項(xiàng)目為菲律賓某工廠配電項(xiàng)目，應(yīng)用在32kV的配電柜中，需要配置無線測溫產(chǎn)品，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全溫度監(jiān)測。傳感器工作環(huán)境溫度滿足-50℃到+125℃需求，選擇我司ATE400型CT感應(yīng)取電式傳感器，并且采用ATC400收發(fā)器來連接顯示裝置。出于安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益考慮，建議在配電室各電氣節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行溫度實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。

This project is a power distribution project in a factory in the Philippines. It is used in a 32kV power distribution cabinet and needs to be equipped with wireless temperature measurement products to achieve safe temperature monitoring. The working environment temperature of the sensor meets the requirement of -50℃ to +125℃. Choose our ATE400 CT induction power sensor, and use the ATC400 transceiver to connect the temperature display device. 無線測溫系統(tǒng)適用于3-35kV室內(nèi)開關(guān)柜，包括內(nèi)置開關(guān)柜，手推車開關(guān)柜，固定開關(guān)柜和環(huán)網(wǎng)開關(guān)柜。 它也適用于0.4kV低壓開關(guān)設(shè)備，例如固定開關(guān)設(shè)備和抽屜式開關(guān)設(shè)備。
